Public website use
The public website can be browsed without creating an account. ACS does not currently collect enquiries through an on-site web form. Telephone and email links open the visitor’s own device or email service, and information sent that way is handled through ACS’s normal corporate channels.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is used only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics”. It may process technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and interaction timing. Choosing “Use essential only” prevents the analytics component from loading. A visitor can review the choice on this page.
Essential administration data
The secured CMS uses essential authentication storage for authorised ACS users. Account identifiers, assigned roles, content changes, review notes and publishing history are processed to operate the content workflow and maintain an audit trail. This information is not part of the public website.
Service providers and safeguards
Website hosting, database and authentication infrastructure process information only as needed to deliver the service. Optional analytics is provided by Google. Access controls, encrypted connections, restricted uploads and activity records are used to protect the platform.
Your privacy rights
People may ask ACS to confirm whether it holds their personal information, request access or correction, or raise a concern about its handling. Requests are assessed under the Protection of Personal Information Act and applicable ACS procedures.
